**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: Solution Architect

Experience: 12-15 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:
As a Tech Lead / Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture. You should have a strong command over the following technologies:

- React, Stencil JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, ECMAScript 14, SASS, LESS
- RDBMS, MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server
- Design Patterns (good hold)
- PHP, MySQL, Spryker, Magento (strong hold) Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MongoDB, ElasticSearch (strong hold)
- Unit Testing, Integration Testing, End-to-end Testing (good understanding) Agile/SCRUM way of working (good hold)

**Responsibilities**:

- Take end-to-end ownership and accountability for the technical aspects of projects.
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.
- Continually research current and emerging technologies, proposing changes where needed.
- Inform stakeholders about any issues with current technical solutions being implemented.
- Assess the business impact of technical choices and provide recommendations.
- Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes.
- Design, modify, and test technical architecture.
- Review and validate solution designs from other team members.
- Advocate for process improvements and help develop solutions.
- Regularly communicate new features and benefits to partners, customers, and stakeholders.
- Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate proposed solutions.
- Document and share best practice knowledge for new solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
- Proven work experience in project management is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of coding languages.
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
- Stronghold on the mentioned tech stack.
- Efficient communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
