**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Architectural Design**: Develop comprehensive solution architectures that meet functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- **Technical Leadership**: Guide development teams in software design and implementation, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- **Prototyping**: Create prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations for complex solutions to validate design approaches.
- **Compliance and Security**: Ensure that all solutions comply with healthcare regulations and security standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the evolution of enterprise architecture.
- **Mentorship**: Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on solution architecture in the healthcare sector.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) and cloud architecture principles.
- Strong programming skills in Java Spring Boot.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- **Certifications**: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

**Desired Skills**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
