The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Solutions Architect who can design and drive technology

solutions across multiple industries and technology stacks. In this role, you will work closely with various

business units, with a strong focus on architecting end-to-end systems, leading multi-domain solutioning,

and leveraging GenAI as a force multiplier in modern software delivery.

As a Solutions Architect, you will bring deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the

ability to own complex problem statements end-to-end. While you may remain hands-on with coding

when necessary, your primary responsibilities will include technical guidance, reviews, solution design,

estimating engineering effort, leading discovery phases, and ensuring delivery of world-class solutions

across cloud, backend, frontend, mobile, and integration workflows

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate directly with customers to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Architect end-to-end solutions across diverse domains including QSR, supply chain, B2C

platforms, and emerging verticals.

- Translate business needs into comprehensive, scalable, secure, and extensible solution designs

covering frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and data layers.

- Lead technical discovery workshops, solution definition, and estimation for client engagements

and RFPs.

- Design cloud-native architectures using microservices, event-driven patterns, managed services,

and modern DevOps practices.

- Ensure that all solutions support both web and mobile channels and meet performance,

scalability, reliability, and observability standards.

- Architect critical B2C components including authentication, authorization, payment gateway

integrations, security, and compliance.

- Drive adoption of GenAI-enabled engineering-leveraging AI copilots and LLM tools for design,

coding, reviews, testing, documentation, and delivery acceleration.

- Evaluate, recommend, and institutionalize AI/LLM tools to improve engineering productivity and

code quality.

- Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the implementation phase,

including design reviews, code reviews, PoC development, and unblocking teams when required.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their appropriate use in project

**To be successful in this role, you should possess**:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software development with strong ownership of solution

architecture.

- Strong hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Solid understanding of system design, API design, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures (microservices, event-driven patterns, DevOps

practices).

- Strong knowledge of web and mobile architectures.
- Polyglot engineering skills with the ability to choose the right tech stack for the problem.
- Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party services with solid understanding of

authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

- GenAI (mandatory): Hands-on use of AI copilots and LLM tools for design, coding, code reviews,

testing, and productivity acceleration.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong stakeholder and customer

engagement abilities.

- Experience managing distributed teams, cloud certifications, familiarity with DevOps tools, and

customer-facing/consulting background.
