**JD for Solutions Architect (US Mortgage industry)**

**Location**: Bangalore / Remote
**Designation**: Solutions Architect

**Job Brief**
The Solutions Architect is responsible for the development of solutions for new opportunities, growth of client projects, and regular/timely engagement with respective clients. This role is a support liaison between the sales, operations, technology, and finance teams.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work with Client Engagement team and service managers to develop solutions, Scopes of Work, which include project elements, deliverables, pricing, and implementation timelines.
- Maintain templates and consistency of Solutions, Proposals, and Scope of Work for all clients.
- Prepare initial response to RFPs or proposals for non-RFP based opportunities.
- Maintain ZOHO with signed scope information and other client data.
- Respond to, or delegate questions and issues on various Lender Solutions Group topics.
- Maintain client information and documentation in ZOHO for smooth handoff to team members.
- Administer Project and Client Services Evaluations by gathering client feedback and reporting to service teams.
- Build and monitor long-range account plans and relationship maps.
- Contribute to annual planning and quarterly updates across accounts.
- Provide assistance in due diligence and vendor approval requests, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly Client calls.
- Provide research/data on client and help in mapping out Client Growth Plan.
- Maintain SharePoint Groups relative to the Client Solutions Team.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Post-graduate in marketing/sales/operations.
- Knowledge of US mortgage industry.
- 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A go-getter with an exceptional work ethic.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building quick business relationships.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong client-service orientation and strategic business acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Product Suite.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
