
Telesales Representative

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce MRTE Careers' services and solutions.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate report based career counseling.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and MRTE Careers' service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in tele sales, telesales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
