We are looking for a motivated and persuasive **International Telesales Representative** to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with international clients, understanding their needs, and driving sales over the phone. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong customer relationships across global markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound telesales calls** to international clients and prospects.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Handle **inbound inquiries** and convert them into qualified sales.
- Build and maintain **long-term relationships** with international customers.
- Meet and exceed **monthly/quarterly sales targets**.
- Conduct **market research** to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on **company products, services, pricing, and industry trends**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing, or related field** (preferred).
- Proven work experience in **telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing** (international exposure preferred).
- Excellent **English communication skills** (verbal & written). Additional foreign languages are a plus.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a **target-driven environment**.
- Familiarity with **CRM software and sales tools**.
- Flexible with international working hours and different time zones.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
