**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update company databases, files, and documentation.
- Support front office staff and other departments by providing timely information.
- Assist in inventory control, logistics tracking, or order processing (as applicable).
- Respond to internal queries and escalate issues to relevant departments.
- Perform quality checks on data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, or internal teams as required.
- Generate reports and summaries for management review.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of administrative and operational processes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Previous experience in a similar back-office or administrative role.
- Familiarity with data entry best practices.
