**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **stock and purchase records** efficiently.
- Prepare and process **Purchase Orders (POs)**.
- Coordinate and obtain **approvals for purchases**.
- Handle **dispatch operations** and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain and update **inventory records** accurately.
- Manage **sales and purchase invoices** in the system.
- Support the accounts and operations team with day-to-day back-office tasks.
- Ensure timely communication with vendors and internal departments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or any relevant field.
- Knowledge of **Excel / ERP systems** preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in purchase, inventory, or back-office work will be an added advantage.

**Location**: Rajkot
