**Job Overview**

We are hiring a Back office Executive to manage day-to-day online order processing, customer communication, and e-commerce operations.

If you are organized, responsible, and comfortable with basic computer work — this role is an excellent fit.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and handle e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, etc.)
- Process, track, and update online customer orders
- Maintain daily sales, stock, and order tracking reports
- Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch & deliveries
- Monitor and update returns, replacements & cancellations
- Maintain basic documentation and file business records

**Requirements**:

- Responsible, organized, and able to manage daily tasks independently
- Prior experience in e-commerce is a plus, but not mandatory

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
