Back Office Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day operations. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate documentation, and timely coordination between different departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company records, files, and databases.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, sales reports, and inventory data.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and accounts teams for smooth workflow.
- Handle vendor and client communications via email and phone.
- Process invoices, bills, and delivery challans.
- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks such as attendance and salary records.
- Support the management in preparing business reports and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all back-office operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office, admin, or operations role (FMCG experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software (Tally or similar). Knowledge
- Good knowledge of MARG Software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
