**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or appropriate solutions.
- Resolve product or service-related queries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team with detailed documentation.
- Update customer records, interaction details, and call outcomes in the system.
- Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality.
- Stay informed about product/service updates and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English].
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in voice-based customer support or call center operations is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar voice-based customer service role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
