**Responsibilities**:

- **Launch Preparation**: Work closely with the founding team in preparing for the launch of new verticals, coordinating various tasks to ensure a seamless and successful start.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute launch strategies and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with our brand and mission.
- **Partnership Support**: Assist in ongoing partnership efforts, including the identification, onboarding, and relationship building with partners, suppliers, and distributors.
- **Market Research**: Research industry trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities to drive growth and inform strategic decisions.
- **Relationship Management**: Help establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and partners, to strengthen our network and enhance our offerings.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks

5. Proficiency in using digital tools, including Microsoft Office(or equivalent) and social media platforms

6. A passion for holistic wellness and alternative healthcare is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
