After over a year of operations with 10+ startups being supported by the network angels, we are looking to bring productization and further scale to the platform.

**About the role**

Additionally, they must have problem-solving skills.

**Location**:Remote/Gurgaon

**Responsibilities**:
1. Streamline and optimize existing growth channels and identify & develop new channels.
2. Launch successful marketing campaigns starting from ideation all the way to reporting.
3. Develop a growth focussed content strategy and support with a content infrastructure that will support and power 1stCheque’s channels.
4. Plan and execute reach/awareness, lead generation and engagement campaigns.
5. Planning and executing internal (for existing community) and external (for social media channels) campaigns.
6. Planning, creating, editing, and publishing relevant content based on the organization's objectives and users' needs.
7. Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, social media managers, videographers, etc.
8. Tracking and using data across platforms and across campaigns to take data driven decisions.
9. Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.

10. Creating and managing content for the weekly E-Newsletter.
11. Lead Opening Day with Founders ( a webinar based content property).

**Requirements**:
Must Haves:
1. Proven experience with marketing and growth.
2. Good with numbers, data and ability to analyze data to make data driven decisions and suggestions
3. Experience of growing following and engagement across social media platforms like

Linkedin and Twitter
4. Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
5. Excellent writing and editing skills in English
6. Strong project management, problem solving and prioritization skills
7. Experiment driven approach, with the ability to set up experiments, track and monitor and make recommendations based on their results.
8. Hands-on experience with google docs and magazines/newsletter software
9. Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
10. Strong leadership qualities.

Good to Have:
1. Well-versed with BI tools such as PowerBI or Data Studio to develop on-demand data dashboards.

2. Knowledgeable on growth hacking techniques and tools.
3. Acquainted with the philosophy behind Product-Led Growth and championed it within the company.
