About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Operations Associate
 to manage day-to-day B2B order processing, stock coordination, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure all Purchase Orders (POs) are executed accurately and dispatched on time through effective cross-functional collaboration and process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end 
    B2B Order Processing
     — from PO receipt to order dispatch and invoicing.
  • Coordinate 
    PO execution
     by liaising with internal teams (sales, warehouse, procurement, and logistics).
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure 
    stock availability
     for timely PO fulfillment.
  • Plan and 
    schedule dispatches
     to ensure all orders are shipped within committed timelines.
  • Handle 
    appointment bookings
     and scheduling for all B2B PO deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, and delivery timelines.
  • Track and report daily dispatch status and proactively resolve any operational bottlenecks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order accuracy and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (
    Preferably
     DU)
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, order management, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets and order management systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple POs simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Qualities

  • Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and process orientation.
  • A self-starter with ownership, accountability, and a collaborative approach.
