**About Us**

The Wellness Shop is an eco-friendly wellness brand that provides a range of products that are organic and natural. We provide products catering to cosmetics, wellness, and healthcare segments. We launched in 2021, so yes we’re an early-stage startup but, within the last 4-5 months, we have launched 150+ premium products and have started hitting 400+ daily orders so we know our product's rules TWS is funded by Logx ventures. We plan to create a brand that brings no-nonsense, simple, and natural products to the masses so we can all get some help taking care of our bodies.

**Job Profile**: Chat Process Executive.

**Job Location**: C-Scheme,Jaipur.

**Here’s what you will do**:

- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
- Actively participate in team meetings

**Here’s what you should have**:

- A Bachelor’s degree from any stream if a Fresher
- Passionate about customer care
- Good typing skill
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Positive attitude
- Love taking ownership of your work & enjoy the creative freedom that comes with it
- Aren’t scared to dream big, think scale, and chase big hairy audacious goals
- Want to work in a free, flexible, and performance-driven environment
- Are a scientist at heart - Try, test, validate, implement, scale. Run experiments - Data speaks

At this point, we’re so young as a startup that we like to huddle up and work (with covid protocols in place, of course) and hence we do not encourage work from home. But we’re open to it in the future like we are with so many other things. We do not kill ideas

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
