Looking for a ‘rockstar’ go-getter for planning, coordinating, and executing exhibition events across Delhi NCR. We are looking for a self-driven, passionate, empathetic individual who is street-smart for coordination, and organized for long-term strategies.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Managing event logistics including venue, food, branding, decor, technology etc.
- Plan and execute digital events for the organization including outreach, technology, speaker coordination, audience engagement and documentation.
- Planning financials for the event, including budget, vendors and expenses.
- Coordinating with vendors, including but not limited to: photography, catering, printing, procurements, technical support etc
- Project Management for extensive planning and timely execution.
- Documentation of all events in active coordination with relevant stakeholders, including vendors, local partners, media, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- GALLERIA TOWER, Gurgaon - 122009, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Events management: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
