**Job Description - Customer Support Associate**
- Coordinating and follow-ups with Overseas Universities to generate student offer letters.
- Follow up on pending documents, extensions, deferrals or any other requirements with the Universities.
- Coordinating with Branches/ Associates for pending documents, payments or any other requirement.
- Building a rapport and maintaining good relationships with Overseas Universities.
- Active participation and contribution during education fairs, university visits and in-house seminars/ webinars organized by the company.
- **Bachelors Degree** - Mandatory
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** skills.
- **1 year **of Customer Support/ Client Servicing experience
- Should be able to work in fast pace setup and department targets

**Timings**:10.00 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Friday on working Saturdays)

**Work Days**: Alternate 5 and 6 days working with a fixed Sunday. 2 Saturdays work off.
