Maharashtra Hybrid Seeds Company Private Limited (Mahyco) is focused on research and development, production, processing, and marketing of seeds for India’s farming fraternity. **♦ Roles & Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clusters of villages and areas with high penetration of target farmers.
- Deliver training and skill development programs to individuals and (or) groups.
- Train and manage a team of 3-5 market development officers.
- Identify, on-board, and engage farmers who are committed to regenerative agriculture practices.
- Responsible to convert farmer interest into long term agriculture management contracts.
- Communicate and gather feedback from farmers.
