We're Hiring: Field Engineers

Join our team as a
Field Engineer
and play a vital role in providing on-ground technical support and ensuring seamless service operations.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma
    or equivalent / higher technical education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
    in a similar technical support or field role

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
  • Strong ability to
    troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Experience with
    network configuration
    and
    user support
  • Knowledge of
    video conferencing hardware and software
  • Understanding of
    Finance- and Taxation-related online services
  • Awareness of
    Turnaround Time (TAT)
    for services and escalation processes
  • Ability to manage
    communications from NOC/local offices
  • Familiarity with
    products and services
    offered by the organization

Role Overview:

As a Field Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, maintaining service quality, and coordinating effectively with the NOC and support teams for escalations and updates.
