**Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Medical Devices industry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

In this role, you will be required to have a strong understanding of the Medical Devices industry, stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments, and provide innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs. You should be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve team and individual sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.
- Provide ongoing support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Valid driver's license.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,977.75 per month
