Key Skills & Experience
- 4 years of Customer Service or Account management experience in IT or Digital Marketing
- High English proficiency is required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond, follow up and send proposals to all the inbound leads coming in through our marketing efforts
- Be the single point of contact for new clients onboarded and deliver agreed-upon services within agreed upon timeframes
- Liaise directly with clients and provide excellent customer service keeping in mind our standards of communication, response time and transparency
- Ensure high client retention rate through prompt and transparent communication and consistently delivering within timelines
- Coordinate with the internal execution team to ensure clear understanding of the client expectations and ensure their team meets those expectations
- Forecast, measure and report Revenues for assigned accounts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
