
Administration Assistant

**Job description**
**Role & responsibilities**
- Oversee general office administration and maintenance
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Bills, settlements, office equipment maintenance, AMCs, Petty cash, end to end office admin works.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility management
- Support HR, Finance, and other departments with administrative needs
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field if preferred
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with office management software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM)
- Knowledge of basic HR or accounting processes is a plus
- English, Hindi & Telugu is mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
