
Administration/accounts Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the school office.
- Manage accounts, billing, fee collections, and financial record-keeping.
- Handle correspondence, reports, and official documentation.
- Maintain staff and student records accurately.
- Assist in audits, budget planning, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and school departments.
- Support management in implementing school policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and supervise support staff activities.
**Requirements**:
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Administration/Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration and accounting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience working in a school setting will be a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
