**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar & Schedule Management**:
Coordinate and manage executive schedules, meetings, and appointments, ensuring optimal time management.
- **Communication Support**:
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
Use Excel to track key business metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports that support executive decision-making. Advanced Excel skills required, including pivot tables, data visualization, and formula functions.
- **Strategic Planning Assistance**:
Support the executive in strategic planning by assisting with market research, data gathering, and analysis. Contribute insights for business development projects or initiatives.
- **Travel & Event Planning**:
Organize all aspects of travel, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and managing travel itineraries. Organize corporate events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
- **Document Drafting & Presentation Preparation**:
Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence. Create business presentations in PowerPoint or other formats for meetings with stakeholders.
- **Project & Task Coordination**:
Help manage ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Assist with project management tasks and ensure effective communication across teams.
- **Administrative Support**:
Provide high-level administrative support, including file management, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth office operations.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Educational Requirement**:
**MBA** (Master of Business Administration) from an accredited institution is required.
- **Strong Communication Skills**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels.
- **Advanced Excel Proficiency**:
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting. Comfort with creating and manipulating large datasets.
- **Organizational & Time Management Skills**:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**:
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and proactively address challenges.
- **Confidentiality**:
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times and exhibit a high level of discretion.
- **Tech-Savvy**:
Comfortable with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite) and various business tools (e.g., project management software, CRM tools).
- **Business Acumen**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of financial data, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong leadership or team coordination experience is a plus.
