**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Communicate clearly in spoken English
- Understand customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate call records and reporting
- Meet daily targets and quality standards

**Requirements**:

- Excellent spoken English is mandatory
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM familiarity is a plus)
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Minimum education: Graduation
- Age: 18 to 35 years

**Shift Details**:

- **Working Days**: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Off)
- **Work Mode**: Office-based only (No remote/work from home)
