**Role: Telecaller**

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, bridging the gap between us and our esteemed clients. Your role will involve reaching out to potential customers, providing them with information about our products/services, and building strong relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to customers and provide product/service information.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
- Foster positive customer relationships through excellent communication skills.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome** to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or other regional languages.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
