Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Executive located in Delhi, India. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our travel packages, and addressing inquiries. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Proficiency in maintaining customer records and following up on leads
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is advantageous
- Fluency in Hindi and English
