We're looking for a motivated and confident female professional to join our team as a Telecaller cum Computer Operator, managing client-related communication and data tasks from our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally on behalf of our client.
Explain products or services and build positive relationships with potential customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in Excel/CRM.
Perform basic computer operations, including data entry, email handling, and report preparation.
Support client-related administrative and coordination work as assigned.
Follow up with customers for feedback, updates, or document collection.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication flow.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate/under graduate.
Experience: 0–1 years in telecalling, customer support, or back-office roles (freshers can also apply).
Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets/Excel).
Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
