Telecaller / CRM Executive

Sadar Bazar, Delhi

Timings:
12:00 PM 8:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible
Tele caller / CRM Executive
to join our team at Sadar Bazar. The ideal candidate will handle client calls, maintain customer relations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
  • Maintain customer records, update databases, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of daily operations.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Excel or CRM software.
  • Assist in handling customer queries and providing satisfactory solutions.
  • Support the management team with administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or CRM coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of
    Excel
    is preferred.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Must be
    comfortable working at Sadar Bazar location and 12–8 PM timing
    .
