OFFICE COORDINATOR
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of English allowing for free business communication - written and spoken
- Independence in performing the tasks and creativity in problem solving
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Highly developed analytical and logical skills
- Ability to create reports, attractive presentation, and proposal materials
- Good knowledge of Employment and Labour Laws and Regulations
- Perfect work organization
- Organizing efficient work of the office - supervising office tasks, necessary for the functioning of the office
- Close cooperation and support of other departments of the company in the administration field
cooperating with suppliers (e.g. mobiles, insurance, service companies, courier companies, etc.)
- Supervision and coordination of commissioning and implementation of service trips
- Supervision and performance of HR responsibilities
- Ensuring efficient circulation of documents in the company
