The role of a Food & Beverage (F&B) Executive involves overseeing operations in the food and beverage dept. Here’s an outline of the key responsibilities:
**Operational Management**
- **Daily Operations**: Oversee the smooth functioning of the F&B department, ensuring timely service.
- **Team Supervision**: Manage and guide F&B staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, to maintain service standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring timely procurement.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards as well as compliance with local laws and regulations.

**Customer Experience**
- **Service Quality**: Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

**Staff Development**
- **Training**: Organize training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Scheduling**: Prepare staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

**Strategic Planning**
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to implement innovative offerings.

**Reporting and Communication**
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze reports on sales, expenses, and operational efficiency.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, housekeeping, and front office for cohesive operations.

An F&B Executive's success is measured by their ability to enhance customer experiences, manage costs effectively, and lead their team to meet the organization’s goals.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
