**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Customer Service**
- **Greeting Guests**: Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menu recommendations.
- **Explaining the Menu**: Offer detailed information about craft beers, beer-pairing suggestions, and food menu options.
- **Handling Orders**: Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar teams.
- **Serving Food and Beverages**: Deliver orders promptly and ensure the presentation meets the brewery's standards.
- **Addressing Guest Needs**: Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

**2. Knowledge of Beverages**
- **Craft Beer Expertise**:

- Understand different beer styles (e.g., IPA, Stout, Lager), brewing processes, and tasting notes.
- Educate guests on the brewery’s offerings, seasonal specials, and beer pairings.
- **Beverage Recommendations**: Suggest drinks based on customer preferences, promoting signature brews or limited editions.

**3. Operational Support**
- **Setup and Cleanliness**:

- Prepare the dining and bar areas before service, ensuring tables, utensils, and glassware are ready.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards during and after service.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor inventory of beer, beverages, and consumables, and inform supervisors of replenishment needs.
- **POS System Use**: Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions.

**4. Collaboration with Teams**
- **Coordination with Bar and Kitchen Staff**: Work closely to ensure timely service and resolve any issues during service.
- **Support in Events**: Assist with brewery tours, beer-tasting sessions, or promotional events.

**5. Compliance and Safety**
- **Health and Safety Standards**: Follow food safety, hygiene, and alcohol-serving regulations.
- **Alcohol Service Laws**: Ensure compliance with local laws on alcohol serving, including ID verification and responsible serving.
