What You’ll DoAs ourGuest Relations Executive – F&B , you’ll become the face of our café and dining experiences. Your role will include: Greeting guests with warmth and making them feel instantly at ease Guiding guests through the dining experience with story, clarity, and charm Coordinating with service & kitchen teams for smooth operations Managing table reservations, seating, and guest flow Handling guest feedback with maturity and empathy Ensuring service standards match TPC’s creative hospitality ethos Supporting the F&B team during busy hours Maintaining an inviting, well-composed café environment What You BringWe’re looking for someone who: Has experience in boutique hotels, premium cafes, or design-led hospitality Speaks confidently and loves interacting with diverse guests Is energetic, attentive, and quick on their feet Understands the basics of F&B service (training can be provided) Has strong coordination and problem-solving skills Truly enjoys creating meaningful guest moments Why Join TPCThis role is perfect for someone who wants to be part of more than a restaurant.
