We are looking for a highly professional and personable Guest Relations Executive to join our team.Job Summary:The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for all guests and clients at our venue. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every client and their guests have a memorable and smooth experience, from their first inquiry through to the event day. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor. - Manage client inquiries, venue tours, and consultations. - Act as the main point of contact for couples and their families during the planning process. - Coordinate with internal teams (catering, operations, etc.) to ensure all client requirements are met. - Resolve any guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally. - Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. - Assist with pre-event preparations and post-event follow-ups. - Maintain records of client interactions and details using the venue’s CRM system. - Stay informed about wedding trends and best practices in guest services. - Provide feedback and suggestions to improve guest satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills:- Previous experience in hospitality, event management, or guest relations is highly preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - A strong eye for detail and a proactive attitude. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.What We Offer:- A dynamic and supportive work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Competitive salary and benefits package. - The chance to be a part of unforgettable events.
