This position is for our first D2C model - ‘BeeYoung Brew garden’, aiming to redefine the craft beverage scene in Delhi. We are looking for a charismatic and well-presented **Guest Relations Executive (GRE) / Hostess**to be the face of our microbrewery, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. - **Guest Welcome & Seating** - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. - Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently. - Ensure VIP and regular guests receive special attention. - Guest Experience & Engagement - Build rapport with guests to enhance their overall experience. - Address inquiries about the menu, brewery offerings, and ongoing promotions. - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary. - Coordination & Operations - Work closely with the service and bar teams to manage table turnovers smoothly. - Maintain an updated reservation log and waitlist management. - Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain clean and inviting. - Upselling & Promotions - Inform guests about special events, happy hours, or new craft beer launches. - Suggest signature dishes and beer pairings to enhance the dining experience. ⬛ 1-4 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or front-desk roles. ⬛ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ⬛ Well-groomed, confident, and with a friendly demeanor. ⬛ Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace. ⬛ Knowledge of craft beer (preferred but not mandatory).
