**Profile Introduction:

As a Recovery Executive, you will play a crucial role in the financial recovery process, liaising with clients to facilitate the settlement of outstanding debts.

**Responsibility:

- **
- **Debt Recovery**:Initiate contact with individuals or businesses with overdue payments to negotiate and facilitate the recovery of outstanding debts.
- **Negotiation**:Negotiate payment plans, settlements, or alternative solutions with debtors based on their financial situation and the organization's policies.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and agreements with debtors.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
- **Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service by addressing debtor inquiries, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and customer service, to gather information and support the recovery process.
