**Designation: Legal Associate (2 positions)**

**Location: Thane (onsite)**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Review litigation and non-litigation documents with the highest productivity and accuracy and determine the required response
- Drafting legal documents including Motion for Summary Judgment, Motions to dismiss, and Motion to vacate default Judgment for New York and California state.
- Drafting demand letters about motor vehicle accident cases, slip and fall incidents, dog bites, medical negligence, and other matters regarding personal injuries and mass torts
- Drafting routine pleadings and motions, demand letters summons, complaints affidavits, and other legal documents according to judicial procedures
- Drafting eviction petition in accordance with the laws of the State of California
- Drafting deposition summaries.
- Researches and analyses statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources
- Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items.
- Update immediate reporting authority about various case status
- Any other task related to Legal Services as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- A law degree with at least 3-4 years of work experience in litigation and non-litigation matters
- Demonstrated experience in working with US Laws will be preferred
- Researching case laws and other related material on relevant laws
- Exposure to handling Litigation and Arbitration proceedings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-starter, able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical ability, logical and problem-solving approach
- Must keep to the time lines, ensure outputs, and prepare reports
- Good written and oral communication skills in English specifically US English

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
