To draft agreements and contracts with clients/third
- parties on behalf of the company and ensure proper
- execution of the same
To maintain agreements, contracts, and legal documents
- in both hard and soft copy at the corporate office
To convey Board Meeting, General Meeting, and various
- other Committee Meetings as per the Companies Act of
- 2013 and prepare minutes for the same
- Compliance
To assist in managing overall compliance concerning all
- applicable statutes including but not limited to the
- Companies Act, Labour laws, statutory filings, licensing,
- forms, etc.
- Negotiation
To negotiate with customers on various clauses about
- contracts, lease agreements, loan agreements, etc.
- Legal Notices
To create, review, and issue legal notices to clients on
- behalf of the company (whenever needed)
To receive, analyse, and respond to Legal Notices that the
- company has received
- Litigation Matters
To manage and oversee all company litigation matters
- Legal Research
To maintain current knowledge of alterations in
- legislation
- Internal
- Coordination
To work alongside various departments within the
- organisation to ensure the company’s legal operations
- run smoothly
