About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Intern who has completed their law degree and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a full-time professional setting. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals and gain exposure to diverse areas of corporate and legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting & Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, agreements, petitions, notices, and other legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support drafting, compliance, and advisory matters across various practice areas.
  • Regulatory Support: Assist in filing, registrations, and documentation before government authorities, courts, and regulatory bodies.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure that all legal documentation adheres to current laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with senior lawyers and associates to prepare case summaries, reports, and client communications.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized records, track documentation workflows, and assist in maintaining the firm's knowledge repository.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on recent legal developments, amendments, and industry practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Completed LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized university.
  • Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and legal research databases.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced legal environment.
