**Job Description -**
**What you will do**:

- Conduct legal research on **RERA, property law, labour laws**, and related topics.
- Assist in **drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents**.
- Maintain legal files and databases; track renewals and deadlines.
- Respond to internal queries on legal issues across departments (**development, sales, operations**).
- Liaise with external counsels and support the Legal Department in day-to-day operations.
- Assist with any other legal tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a **law degree (2nd/3rd/4th/final year)** or a **fresh law graduate**.
- Basic understanding of **property law, corporate law, and contract law**.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (**English, Marathi, Hindi**).
- Good research and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
