**Position**: Legal Intern

**Duration**:3 months

**Location**:On-site

We are looking for a Legal Intern who is proactive, research-driven, and passionate about corporate law. This role involves assisting with legal research, reviewing and drafting internal policies, identifying applicable laws and government schemes, and supporting the team with day-to-day legal and compliance matters that benefit the business.

**What Your Role Involves**
- Conduct research on current laws, schemes, and government regulations that may impact or benefit the company.
- Identify and suggest relevant business policies, employment regulations, and operational frameworks suitable for implementation.
- Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and internal documentation.
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and IP-related matters.
- Monitor changes in laws and share legal updates and risk mitigation suggestions with the management team.
- Help develop a compliance checklist for internal departments based on business needs.
- Assist in structuring legal documentation for onboarding, partnerships, and vendor collaborations.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB/BA LLB/BBA LLB or equivalent). - Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Familiarity with corporate, employment, data protection, and contract laws.
- Ability to interpret legal content and translate it into practical recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
