**Key Responsibilities**:

- Works closely with legal team to understand D&B’s legal process & business
- Assist in the preparation of documents and contracts
- Support the legal team in day-to-day operational tasks
- Oversee the maintenance of databases, ensuring all documents are accurately cataloged and up-to-date
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal coordination between the legal department and other business units
