Role:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, NDA and SOW.
- Ensure that contracts are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist in developing and maintaining a contract management system to track and monitor contract status and renewals
- Assist in the review and revision of existing contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies and contract terms and conditions.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as required
- Conduct legal research on assigned topics.
- Draft & assist in designing standard contract templates with different versions to accommodate varying business scenarios
- Analyses contractual obligations and make recommendations on proposals, contract language and terms, conditions and assumptions.

Required skills:

- In-depth knowledge of legal concepts, contractual terms, and constructs.
- Detail-oriented, passionate about learning and research
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of awareness to be able to face client, internal stakeholders
- Good analytical and comprehension skills
- Research capability is a must
- Proficiency in using other MS Words
