**Key Responsibilities:Legal Support**
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on corporate, employment, intellectual property, and regulatory issues.
- Assist in managing litigation cases and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including corporate governance and statutory obligations.

**Administrative Duties**
- Maintain an organized database of legal documents, contracts, and case files.
- Monitor deadlines for legal filings, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Support internal teams with legal queries and training on regulatory matters.

**Compliance & Risk Management**
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the business and ensure timely updates.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks to mitigate legal risks.
- Assist in drafting policies and procedures to align with legal and regulatory standards.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand legal requirements and offer tailored advice.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors to address specific legal issues or cases.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
