The Legal Executive will provide critical support to our legal department, handling various legal affairs, including contract management, regulatory compliance, and risk management. This role requires thorough knowledge of legal principles and excellent organizational skills to navigate complex legal challenges effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents, Agreements, MOU and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing and future legal initiatives.
- Manage and mitigate potential legal risks associated with business operations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practices in the industry.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Professional certification or licensure in legal practice.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
