**Customer Service Representative - Star Financial Services**

**Star Financial Services** is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our growing Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their financial needs are met with enthusiasm and expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately research and answer customer questions regarding Star Financial products and services (loans, accounts, investments, etc.).
- Process customer transactions efficiently and securely (payments, transfers, account updates).
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and a positive attitude.
- Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by exceeding expectations and building strong relationships.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Star Financial Services' policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices for customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening and clear explanations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive and professional demeanor with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
