Sprout Hideway Pvt. Ltd., a premium wildlife resort chain, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Customer Service Executive** to manage guest inquiries and ensure excellent client service. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to creating positive experiences for our customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding bookings, queries, and complaints
- Maintain guest satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely solutions
- Coordinate with internal departments (reservations, operations, accounts) for smooth service delivery
- Record customer feedback and maintain CRM database
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure closure
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team promptly
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality-related experience
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Polite, calm, and confident in handling difficult situations
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office,
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Graduate or Postgraduate from any discipline
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
