Designation: Customer Service Associate
Qualification: HSC Passed and above
Experience: 6 months experience in BPO or similar profile

**Salary**: 12000-17000 Gross, depending on the experience (includes PF + ESIC + Bus facility)
Working Window: 8am-10pm with 8 hours working (Rotational shifts)

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Should be ready to work for the Voice & Non-voice process. (Inbound/Outbound)
Must have a good command & fluency in English
Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge.
Ready for rotational shifts & rotational week offs.

**Salary**: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
