CNC Machine Maintenance Technician

We are a stone processing company and we work with CNC Machines including Router, Waterjet, Bridge Cutter, Polished Machine, Shotblasting, Cutting Machines.

The maintenance technician will carry out the following work:
1. Create a maintenance schedule for all the machines in consulation with the operators.
2. Day to day preventive maintenance of the machines as per schedule.
3. Breakdown repair of the machine like bearing change, electrical faults etc.
4. Prevent misuse of any machine due to lack of knowledge of operator and avoid breakdowns.
5. Small fabrication work either in the factory or get the job done from the market if required.

1. Minimum relevant work experience in maintenance 1 year
2. Knowledge of electrical fittings
3. Basic knowledge of machine parts, bearings etc.
4. Knowledge of welding and fabrication
5. Basic knowledge of electronic panels.
6. Basic understanding of various machine workings.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
