CNC Operator for Stone Machine

**Location**:Orvi Design Studio, PA-012-013,, Handicraft Zone, Mahindra Sez., Jaipur, Rajasthan 302037

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate CNC Stone Machines**: Set up and operate CNC machines to cut and shape various types of stone according to specifications.
- **Read and Interpret Blueprints**: Understand technical drawings and blueprints to ensure precise production of stone products.
- **Machine Setup**: Prepare and adjust machine settings, tools, and materials to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may occur during the machining process.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in the stone industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- **Mechanical Aptitude**: Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of precision and accuracy in work.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
- **Safety Awareness**: Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with specific CNC stone machines (mention any specific brands or types if applicable).
- Additional certifications or training in CNC operation.
